Project overview

Challenge

The main challenge was to design a digital experience capable of visually representing the commercial ecosystem of Palm-Mar using a 360º aerial image as the navigation base. The platform needed to integrate spatial orientation, sector-based categorization, and detailed business information while maintaining intuitive usability and visual coherence across devices.

Solution

A web platform was developed using a 360º aerial photograph captured by drone as an interactive map. Dynamic markers were positioned over the panorama to represent each business at its real-world location. Users can navigate either directly through the map or via a structured menu organized by business sectors. Each marker opens a detailed information panel including contact data, social media links, images, and in some cases, dedicated 360º virtual tours. The solution merges geographic navigation, structured categorization, and multimedia presentation into a unified and intuitive user experience.

Results

The result is an innovative promotional tool that enhances digital visibility for local businesses while offering users an immersive way to explore the area. The platform successfully combines spatial awareness, structured content, and interactive elements to create a distinctive digital representation of the town’s commercial landscape.
